Stadgenoot is one of the largest Amsterdam housing corporations that, in addition to social housing, manages over 5,000 residential units, such as care homes for the elderly, supported living, and shelters for the intellectually disabled and the homeless.<\/p>\n<p>The first project got off to a vibrant start in &#039;De Bloemenbuurt&#039; in Amsterdam-North, where 80 homes on Kamperfoelieweg and Heggerankweg are being renovated and made more sustainable.
