Two major renovation and sustainability projects began at the end of 2023: 108 homes by Eigen Haard (carried out by QBuild) and over 80 homes by Stadgenoot (carried out by Van Wijk). Welna supported these projects as a project partner by providing temporary housing, relocation services, cleaning, furnishing, furnishing, and internet\/TV services.<\/p>\n<p>The houses date from around 1934, shortly after the Afsluitdijk in 1932 eliminated tides, making this a prime area for development.
