Welna Woningservice, tekliflerin kabul\u00fcn\u00fcn di\u011fer taraf\u00e7a 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak teyit edilmesi halinde tekliflerle ba\u011fl\u0131 kal\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Aksi belirtilmedi\u011fi takdirde, belirtilen tekliflerdeki fiyatlar KDV hari\u00e7tir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 4 \u00c7A\u011eRI MAL\u0130YETLER\u0130<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, Amsterdam&#039;daki konumun etraf\u0131ndaki 25 km&#039;lik bir yar\u0131\u00e7ap i\u00e7inde \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 \u00fccreti olarak 25,00 \u20ac talep eder. 25 kilometrelik bir yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kilometreler i\u00e7in \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 \u00fccreti olarak 32,50 \u20ac talep edilir.<\/li>\n<li>Herhangi bir otopark masraf\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fteriye aittir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 5 S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMEN\u0130N \u0130CRA ED\u0130LMES\u0130<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi kendi bilgisi ve yetene\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde en iyi \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fctecektir.<\/li>\n<li>Anla\u015fman\u0131n usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde ifas\u0131n\u0131n gerektirmesi halinde ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde, Welna Woningservice, belirli i\u015flerin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere yapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 isteme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fc\u015fteri, Welna Woningservice&#039;nin gerekli oldu\u011funu belirtti\u011fi veya m\u00fc\u015fterinin s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ifas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli oldu\u011funu makul bir \u015fekilde anlayabilece\u011fi t\u0131klama bildirimleri ve izinler, muafiyetler ve kararlar gibi onaylar gibi t\u00fcm verilerin Welna Woningservice&#039;ye zaman\u0131nda sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 temin edecektir.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fc\u015fteri, g\u00f6revin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi yerin ve\/veya alan\u0131n yap\u0131 malzemeleri, ekipman ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131n temini, depolanmas\u0131 ve\/veya kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeterli alana sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6revin yerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in elektrik ve suyun temini m\u00fc\u015fteriye aittir.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fc\u015fteri, s\u00f6zle\u015fme yap\u0131l\u0131rken aksi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, 3, 4 ve 5 numaral\u0131 f\u0131kralarda belirtilen hususlar i\u00e7in tazminat talep etme hakk\u0131na sahip de\u011fildir.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ifas\u0131 veya belirli malzemelerin teslimi i\u00e7in gerekli verilerin Welna Woningservice&#039;ye zaman\u0131nda sa\u011flanmamas\u0131 halinde Welna Woningservice, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ifas\u0131n\u0131 ask\u0131ya alma ve\/veya gecikmeden kaynaklanan ek masraflar\u0131 ola\u011fan oranlarda m\u00fc\u015fteriye fatura etme hakk\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tutar.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, m\u00fc\u015fteri taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan yanl\u0131\u015f ve\/veya eksik bilgilere g\u00fcvenmesi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hi\u00e7bir nitelikteki zarardan sorumlu de\u011fildir; ancak bu t\u00fcr bir yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131k veya eksikli\u011fin Welna Woningservice taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a bilinmesi gerekir.<\/li>\n<li>Anla\u015fman\u0131n a\u015famalar halinde ifa edilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa, Welna Woningservice, bir sonraki a\u015famaya ait k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n ifas\u0131n\u0131, m\u00fc\u015fteri bir \u00f6nceki a\u015faman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak onaylayana kadar ask\u0131ya alabilir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 6 S\u00d6ZLE\u015eME S\u00dcRES\u0130, \u0130FA S\u00dcRES\u0130<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Taraflar aksini yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a kararla\u015ft\u0131rmad\u0131k\u00e7a s\u00f6zle\u015fme belirsiz s\u00fcrelidir.<\/li>\n<li>Anla\u015fma s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde belirli faaliyetlerin tamamlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir s\u00fcre kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa, bu asla \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl bir s\u00fcre de\u011fildir. Uygulama s\u00fcresinin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda, m\u00fc\u015fteri bu nedenle Welna Woningservice&#039;ye yaz\u0131l\u0131 temerr\u00fct bildirimi vermelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 7 S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMEN\u0130N DE\u011e\u0130\u015eT\u0130R\u0130LMES\u0130<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ifas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin usul\u00fcne uygun olarak ifas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak i\u015fin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi veya tamamlanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa, taraflar s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi zaman\u0131nda ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 isti\u015fare ederek d\u00fczeltirler.<\/li>\n<li>Taraflar s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi veya eklenmesi konusunda anla\u015f\u0131r ise, ifan\u0131n tamamlanma s\u00fcresi etkilenebilir. Welna Woningservice bu durumu en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede m\u00fc\u015fteriye bildirecektir.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00f6zle\u015fmede yap\u0131lacak de\u011fi\u015fiklik veya ilavenin mali ve\/veya niteliksel sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olmas\u0131 halinde Welna Woningservice bu durumu \u00f6nceden m\u00fc\u015fteriye bildirecektir.<\/li>\n<li>Sabit bir \u00fccret kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa, Welna Woningservice, s\u00f6zle\u015fmede yap\u0131lacak de\u011fi\u015fiklik veya ilavenin bu \u00fccretin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtecektir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>MADDE 8 G\u0130ZL\u0130 B\u0130LG\u0130LER VE K\u0130\u015e\u0130SEL VER\u0130LER<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, m\u00fc\u015fteriden al\u0131nan t\u00fcm gizli bilgileri gizli tutmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck, ilgili \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraflar i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/li>\n<li>Bilgi, taraflardan biri taraf\u0131ndan gizli olarak belirlenmi\u015fse gizli say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice&#039;nin GDPR kapsam\u0131nda denetleyici olarak hareket etmesi durumunda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki h\u00fck\u00fcmler uygulan\u0131r:\n<ol>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde ifas\u0131 i\u00e7in Welna Woningservice taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekli olan ki\u015fisel verilerin korunmas\u0131ndan sorumludur.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice ki\u015fisel verileri i\u015flerken, bunu azami \u00f6zen ve dikkatle ve GDPR&#039;ye uygun olarak yapar.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, ki\u015fisel verileri yaln\u0131zca m\u00fc\u015fteriye hizmet etmek i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kullan\u0131r. Ki\u015fisel veriler, yasal olarak izin verilenden veya s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in gerekenden daha uzun s\u00fcre saklanmayacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, ki\u015fisel verilerle ilgili olarak, teknolojinin durumunu ve i\u015flemenin niteli\u011fini dikkate alarak uygun bir g\u00fcvenlik d\u00fczeyini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in teknik ve organizasyonel \u00f6nlemler al\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u0130lgili ki\u015fi GDPR kapsam\u0131nda sahip oldu\u011fu haklardan birini kullanmak isterse, bu talebi yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak info@onzeklusjesman.nl adresi \u00fczerinden Veri Koruma G\u00f6revlisine iletebilir. Welna Woningservice, m\u00fc\u015fterinin verilerini ba\u015fka nedenlerle \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraflara sa\u011flarsa, Welna Woningservice \u00f6nce m\u00fc\u015fteriden izin isteyecektir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 9 F\u0130KR\u0130 M\u00dcLK\u0130YET<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Bu \u015eartlar ve Ko\u015fullar&#039;\u0131n 7. maddesindeki h\u00fck\u00fcmler sakl\u0131 kalmak \u00fczere, Welna Woningservice, Telif Haklar\u0131 Kanunu uyar\u0131nca sahip oldu\u011fu hak ve yetkileri sakl\u0131 tutar.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan raporlar, tavsiyeler, tasar\u0131mlar, eskizler, \u00e7izimler, yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar vb. gibi t\u00fcm belgeler yaln\u0131zca m\u00fc\u015fteri taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve Welna Woningservice&#039;nin \u00f6nceden izni olmaks\u0131z\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fteri taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lamaz, kamuya a\u00e7\u0131klanamaz veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filerin dikkatine sunulamaz.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, ayr\u0131ca, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slara gizli bilgi vermemek kayd\u0131yla, eserin icras\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda elde edilen bilgiyi ba\u015fka ama\u00e7larla kullanma hakk\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tutar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 10 REKLAM<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Aksi \u00f6nceden yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya genel olarak uygulanabilir planlarda aksi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmedi\u011fi takdirde, Welna Woningservice, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye ili\u015fkin olarak kendisine ait olan t\u00fcm unsurlar hakk\u0131nda serbest\u00e7e ileti\u015fim kurma hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Welna Woningservice, di\u011fer medya ara\u00e7lar\u0131na ek olarak sosyal medyay\u0131 da kullanabilir.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fc\u015fteri, ileti\u015fimlerinde veya yay\u0131nlar\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 kurulu\u015flardan bahsederken Welna Woningservice ad\u0131n\u0131 anmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct eder.<\/li>\n<li>Taraflar, t\u00fcm nihai yay\u0131nlar\u0131n en az bir kopyas\u0131n\u0131 veya yay\u0131na ili\u015fkin ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 i\u00e7eren bir bildirimi alacaklard\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 11 \u0130PTAL VEYA FES\u0130H<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00fccbir sebepler d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki nedenlerle s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin iptali halinde, M\u00fc\u015fteri Welna Woningservice&#039;ye a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki iptal bedellerini \u00f6deyecektir:\n<ol>\n<li>G\u00f6revin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihinden 2 hafta veya daha az bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce iptal edilmesi halinde: Welna Woningservice taraf\u0131ndan fiilen yap\u0131lan masraflar, teklifin en az 40%&#039;si olmak \u00fczere;<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6revin ba\u015flama tarihinden 1 hafta veya daha az bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce iptal edilmesi halinde: Teklifin 80%&#039;si;<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6revin ba\u015flama tarihinden 48 saat veya daha az bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce iptal edilmesi halinde: Teklifin 100%&#039;si.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bir aydan uzun s\u00fcreli atamalarda, her iki taraf da s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak her zaman feshedebilir. Sabit bir \u00fccret kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmam\u0131\u015fsa bu maddenin 3 ila 6. paragraflar\u0131 uygulan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Taraflar, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi imzalarken sabit bir \u00fccret \u00fczerinde anla\u015fabilirler. Sabit \u00fccret, \u00f6zel ki\u015filer i\u00e7in KDV dahil, ticari m\u00fc\u015fteriler i\u00e7in KDV hari\u00e7tir.<\/li>\n<li>Sabit bir \u00fccret kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmam\u0131\u015fsa, \u00fccret ger\u00e7ekte harcanan saatlere g\u00f6re belirlenecektir. \u00dccret, farkl\u0131 bir saatlik \u00fccret kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, i\u015fin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olan Welna Woningservice&#039;nin ola\u011fan saatlik \u00fccretlerine g\u00f6re hesaplan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Bir aydan uzun s\u00fcreli sipari\u015flerde, vadesi gelen masraflar periyodik olarak tahsil edilecektir.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, m\u00fc\u015fteri ile sabit bir \u00fccret veya saatlik \u00fccret \u00fczerinde anla\u015fm\u0131\u015f olsa bile, Welna Woningservice yine de bu \u00fccreti veya \u00fccreti art\u0131rma hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Welna Woningservice, teklif ile teslimat aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli fiyat de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri meydana geldi\u011fini ispatlayabilirse, fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tabilir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 15 \u00d6DEME<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00d6deme, faturan\u0131n d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi para biriminde ve Welna Woningservice taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen \u015fekilde, faturan\u0131n d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi tarihten itibaren 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Fatura tarihinden itibaren 14 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tikten sonra m\u00fc\u015fteri temerr\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r; temerr\u00fct an\u0131ndan itibaren m\u00fc\u015fteri, vadesi gelen tutar \u00fczerinden ayl\u0131k 1% faizi bor\u00e7lu olur; ancak yasal faiz daha y\u00fcksekse yasal faiz uygulan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fc\u015fterinin tasfiyesi, iflas\u0131 veya \u00f6demelerinin durdurulmas\u0131 halinde Welna Woningservice&#039;nin alacaklar\u0131 ve m\u00fc\u015fterinin Welna Woningservice&#039;ye kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri derhal muaccel hale gelecektir.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fc\u015fteri taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00f6demeler, \u00f6ncelikle vadesi ge\u00e7mi\u015f t\u00fcm faiz ve masraflar\u0131n, ikinci olarak da en eski faturalar\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r; m\u00fc\u015fteri \u00f6demenin daha sonraki bir faturaya ait oldu\u011funu belirtse bile.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 16 TAHS\u0130LAT MASRAFLARI<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00fc\u015fteri temerr\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015ferse veya y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinden bir veya daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 ihlal ederse, mahkeme d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tatmin elde etmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm makul masraflar m\u00fc\u015fteri taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanacakt\u0131r. Her durumda, m\u00fc\u015fteri \u015funlar\u0131 yapmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr:\n<ol>\n<li>ilk 3.000,- \u20ac&#039;nun \u00fczerinde 15%<\/li>\n<li>6.000,- \u20ac&#039;ya kadar olan fazlal\u0131k \u00fczerinden 10%<\/li>\n<li>15.000,- \u20ac&#039;ya kadar olan fazlal\u0131k \u00fczerinden 8%<\/li>\n<li>60.000,- \u20ac&#039;ya kadar olan fazlal\u0131k \u00fczerinden 5%<\/li>\n<li>3% kat\u0131 hakk\u0131nda<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, makul \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde gerekli olan daha y\u00fcksek maliyetler \u00fcstlendi\u011fini g\u00f6sterebilirse, bunlar da geri \u00f6deme almaya hak kazanacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 17 SORUMLULUK<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>E\u011fer Welna Woningservice sorumlu ise, bu sorumluluk a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:\n<ol>\n<li>Welna Woningservice\u2019nin sorumlulu\u011fu, sorumluluk sigortas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda sigortac\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6denen tutarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Herhangi bir durumda sigortac\u0131 \u00f6deme yapmazsa veya hasar sigorta kapsam\u0131nda de\u011filse, Welna Woningservice&#039;nin sorumlulu\u011fu sipari\u015fin fatura de\u011feriyle veya en az\u0131ndan sorumlulu\u011fun ili\u015fkin oldu\u011fu sipari\u015fin o k\u0131sm\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Bu maddenin (b) f\u0131kras\u0131 h\u00fckm\u00fc sakl\u0131 kalmak \u00fczere, s\u00fcresi alt\u0131 ay\u0131 a\u015fan bir devir halinde sorumluluk, son alt\u0131 ayda \u00f6denen \u00fccret tutar\u0131 ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, dolayl\u0131 hasarlardan hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde sorumlu de\u011fildir.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, s\u00f6zde d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki web (www) (par\u00e7alar\u0131) \u00fczerindeki veri ileti\u015fiminin (ge\u00e7ici olarak) (optimum) \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131 nedeniyle meydana gelen hasarlardan hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde sorumlu de\u011fildir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>MADDE 18 M\u00dcCB\u0130R SEBEP<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00fccbir sebep, Welna Woningservice&#039;nin kusurlu olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, Welna Woningservice&#039;nin hizmetlerini sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131 veya zaman\u0131nda veya uygun \u015fekilde sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen ko\u015fullar\u0131n olmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. M\u00fccbir sebep ayr\u0131ca \u015funlar\u0131 i\u00e7erir: kullan\u0131lan bir (telekom\u00fcnikasyon) \u015febekesinde veya ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131nda veya ileti\u015fim sistemlerinde meydana gelen kesintiler ve\/veya web sitesinin herhangi bir zamanda kullan\u0131lamamas\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fccbir sebep halinde Welna Woningservice, m\u00fc\u015fteriye tazminat \u00f6demeksizin s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ifas\u0131n\u0131 ask\u0131ya alabilir veya s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi (k\u0131smen) feshedebilir.<\/li>\n<li>Welna Woningservice, m\u00fccbir sebep ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini k\u0131smen yerine getirmi\u015fse veya y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini yaln\u0131zca k\u0131smen yerine getirebiliyorsa, halihaz\u0131rda yerine getirilen veya icra edilebilir k\u0131sm\u0131 ayr\u0131 olarak faturaland\u0131rma hakk\u0131na sahiptir ve m\u00fc\u015fteri bu faturay\u0131 ayr\u0131 bir s\u00f6zle\u015fme olarak \u00f6demekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.
