‘'Behind the Churches' is where we work

Welna Woningservice welcomes Cazas Wonen as a new client. This housing association, located in Woerden, focuses on developing and managing high-quality, sustainable, and affordable housing in the region between Amsterdam and Utrecht. The first project Welna is carrying out for Cazas Wonen is the large-scale maintenance and sustainability project "Achter de Kerken" (Behind the Churches) in Abcoude.

Within this project, several temporary homes will be used to provide residents with adequate housing during the work. Coen en Hagedoorn is acting as the implementation partner and, in addition to maintenance, is responsible for making the homes more sustainable, including upgrading their energy labels from C to A.

We are working with great enthusiasm on this project together with Cazas Wonen and Coen en Hagedoorn and are looking forward to the next projects in the new year.
