Customised communication Veenendaalplein and Duinwijk

Commissioned by Stadgenoot and Velison Wonen, Welna Woningservice has compiled a comprehensive information package for over 70 temporary accommodations for the Veenendaalplein project in Amsterdam and the Duinwijk project in Velsen. This package will keep residents well-informed and prepared for their temporary move.
The clear and accessible brochure includes a checklist, information about what guests can and cannot bring, and instructions for using appliances such as the television, refrigerator, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. It also includes house rules and practical tips about the neighborhood.
A special feature of these tools is the digital support. Via QR codes in the brochure, residents have direct access to our webpages with online manuals, instructional videos, and other resources. A language switcher also allows you to choose any other language. Furthermore, the webpages offer the option of having the brochure read aloud.
All online and PDF manuals, helplines, and reading pages can be found on the residents' pages of the Duinwijk and Veenendaalplein projects.
