Stadgenoot… Welcome to Welna!
Since October, Stadgenoot has also been part of our wonderful clientele, and we are truly proud of that. Stadgenoot is one of the largest housing associations in Amsterdam, managing over 5,000 residential units in addition to social housing, including care homes for the elderly, assisted living, shelters for the intellectually disabled, and the homeless.
The first project got off to a flying start in "De Bloemenbuurt" (The Flower District) in Amsterdam-Noord, where 80 homes on Kamperfoelieweg and Heggerankweg are being renovated and made more sustainable. In close collaboration with the main contractor, Van Wijk Vastgoedonderhoud, these homes are about to embark on a new phase of development.
