High speed on Marnixstraat
Housing association Eigen Haard is working on a large-scale sustainability project on Marnixstraat and Westerkade. The goal: to make homes future-proof, save energy, and increase residents' living comfort.
Welna Woningservice supports this by making temporary housing fully livable. We paint the walls, lay floors, and provide upholstery and furniture, including TV and Wi-Fi. This way, temporary residents have comfortable and fully equipped accommodations during the work.
