Oud-Noord has scored twice!

The Bloemenbuurt neighborhood in Amsterdam—also known as "Oud-Noord"—is nearing the final phase of the projects on Heggerankweg and Kamperfoelieweg. Two major renovation and sustainability projects began at the end of 2023: 108 homes by Eigen Haard (carried out by QBuild) and over 80 homes by Stadgenoot (carried out by Van Wijk). Welna supported these projects as a project partner by providing temporary housing, relocation services, cleaning, furnishing, furnishing, and internet/TV services.
The houses date from around 1934, shortly after the Afsluitdijk in 1932 eliminated tides, making this a prime area for development. Now, over 90 years later, almost all of the houses have been fully modernized – future-proof, yet retaining their character.
