Staying overnight... something different than camping

The availability of a guest apartment only becomes clear at a later stage. Only then can we begin the work, thoroughly refurbishing the property with painting and upholstery, followed by a full furnishing from our own inventory, and concluding with a final cleaning.

Speed is important, but never more important than care. A temporary resident often finds themselves in a turbulent period; precisely then, there needs to be room for attention, clarity, and a home that fits right away. The goal is for someone to move into their temporary home without hassle and with confidence.

A complete inventory consists of around 300 different items, from a sofa to a teaspoon. If something is missing – a few plates, a broken lamp, or not enough hooks – you'll notice it immediately. It's not a minor detail, but a decisive factor in how someone experiences their first day. That's why we work with clear agreements, rigorous preparation, and openly monitor each other's work. This way, we ensure that the temporary home is in perfect condition upon delivery and that the new resident feels truly welcome from day one.
