This information page is the web version of the residents' booklet, intended for residents of Achillesstraat, Herculesstraat, Hygiëaplein, Marathonweg, Olympiaplein, and Olympiaweg who have recently moved to a temporary home.

Stadgenoot has already begun improving your neighborhood on and around Marathonweg. By carrying out maintenance and making your home more sustainable, we make it comfortable, energy-efficient, and future-proof. Contractor Biltz is carrying out the renovation work on behalf of Stadgenoot, and Welna Woningservice is supporting you with all your worries by offering services such as moving into and out of your temporary accommodation, as well as refurbishing and furnishing it.

We will do our utmost to make the period before, during and after your temporary stay in your guest house as pleasant as possible. And we hope that you will soon feel at home in your guest house.

Practical information about the guest houses and manuals

To help you find your way around your temporary guest house as quickly as possible, we have made a number of manuals available online. This will help you find out how the TV, refrigerator, washing machine or your WiFi connection works. In addition, there are also videos for clear visual help.

House rules

To make your stay and that of others pleasant, we ask you to respect the following rules:

  • Please consider your neighbours and avoid excessive noise.
  • Do not leave any rubbish in common areas; use the waste containers.
  • Pets are only allowed after consultation.
  • Report any damage or defects immediately to Welna Woningservice BV.
  • No smoking in the guest houses.
  • Upon departure, the property must be left clean and tidy.

Internet access with card

  • On the back of the Ziggo modem you can pull out the square card with the login details.
  • The network name and password are indicated there.

  • You can also log in directly with your smartphone by scanning the QR Code.

Internet access without a ticket

  • You can still log in without a ticket.

  • Look at the bottom of the Ziggo modem where the network name and password are stated.

  • It is useful to take a picture of it, so you always have the information at hand.
