Stadgenoot has already started improving your neighborhood at and around Veenendaalplein. By carrying out maintenance and making your home more sustainable, we are making it comfortable, energy-efficient, and future-proof. Commissioned by Stadgenoot, contractor Hemubo is carrying out the renovation work, and Welna Woningservice is supporting you by unburdening you through services such as moving to and from your temporary accommodation, as well as freshening up and furnishing it.
We will do our utmost to ensure that the period before, during, and after your temporary stay in your guest home runs as smoothly as possible. And we hope that you will quickly feel at home in your guest home.

Practical information about the guest accommodations and manuals
To help you get acquainted with your temporary accommodation as quickly as possible, we have made a number of manuals available online. This way, you will know how the TV, refrigerator, washing machine, or your Wi-Fi connection works. Additionally, videos are available for clear visual assistance.
House Rules
To make your stay and that of others pleasant, we ask you to respect the following rules:
- Be considerate of the neighbors and avoid excessive noise.
- Do not leave waste in common areas; use the waste containers.
- Pets are only allowed after consultation.
- Report any damage or defects immediately to Welna Woningservice BV.
- No smoking in the guest accommodations.
- Upon departure, the property must be left tidy and clean.

Internet access with ticket
You can pull out the orange flap on the white Ziggo modem containing the login details.
Network name see number 1. Password see number 2. Modem password is not important.
You can also log in directly with your smartphone by using the QR Code (3).


Internet access without a ticket
If the card is missing, you can still log in using another method.
Look at the bottom of the Ziggo modem in your temporary home where the network name and password are listed.
It is useful to take a photo of it, so you always have the details at hand.
