Stadgenoot… Welcome to Welna!

Since October, Stadgenoot has also been part of our wonderful client base, and we are truly proud of that. Stadgenoot is one of the largest Amsterdam housing corporations that, in addition to social housing, manages over 5,000 residential units, such as care homes for the elderly, supported living, and shelters for the intellectually disabled and the homeless.

The first project got off to a vibrant start in 'De Bloemenbuurt' in Amsterdam-North, where 80 homes on Kamperfoelieweg and Heggerankweg are being renovated and made more sustainable. In close collaboration with main contractor 'Van Wijk Vastgoedonderhoud', these homes are entering a new period of flourishing.
