Speeding on Marnixstraat

Housing association Eigen Haard is working on an extensive sustainability project on Marnixstraat and Westerkade. The goal: to make homes future-proof, save energy, and increase living comfort for residents.

Welna Woningservice provides support in this area by making temporary homes fully habitable. We paint the walls, lay floors, and take care of carpeting and furniture, including TV and Wi-Fi. This ensures that temporary residents have comfortable and fully equipped accommodation during the work.
