‘'The parks'... are kissable
‘'De Plantsoenen' is a neighborhood in Haarlem consisting of four large gallery flats: the Ankaraplantsoen, Lissabonplantsoen, Praagplantsoen, and Tiranaplantsoen. The flats date from 1969 and are currently undergoing a thorough renovation commissioned by Ymere.
The project comprises a total of 207 homes, involving the renovation of both the interior and exterior of the buildings and the homes themselves. The expected completion is around the end of summer 2028.
During this project period, Welna Woningservice is responsible for the temporary housing of the residents. We also provided handyman assistance here, such as moving furniture and removing window coverings, so that the contractor could do his work.
