The story of Warnsborn & Mariendaal

Commissioned by Logchies, we regularly refurbish homes in the Warnsborn, Mariëndaal, and Spelderholt residential towers, so that they can be used as guest housing again.

Recently, we received a less conventional assignment: converting an office into a guest home. With some clever planning, we furnished what was originally a meeting room as a bedroom. In this way, the office was transformed step by step into a fully-fledged guest home, with the toilet also being converted into a bathroom.

A successful makeover — although we secretly hope the new occupant works from home occasionally. Then it still feels a bit like an office.
