Custom communication Veenendaalplein and Duinwijk
Commissioned by Stadgenoot and Velison Wonen, Welna Woningservice has compiled a comprehensive information package for more than 70 temporary accommodation units for the Veenendaalplein project in Amsterdam and the Duinwijk project in Velsen. This ensures residents are well-informed and prepared for their temporary relocation.
The clear and accessible brochure contains a checklist, information about what they can and cannot bring, and instructions for using appliances such as the television, refrigerator, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. It also includes house rules and practical tips about the neighborhood.
A unique feature of these tools is the digital support. Via QR codes in the brochure, residents gain direct access to our web pages containing online manuals, instructional videos, and other resources. It is also possible to select any other language using a language switcher. Additionally, the web pages offer the option to have the brochure read aloud.
All online and PDF manuals, helplines, and read-aloud pages can be found on the resident pages of the Duinwijk and Veenendaalplein projects.
