Find your way in the Exchange Home

In temporary housing, residents often encounter appliances that work just slightly differently than they are used to. Think of a different washing machine, cooking on induction instead of gas, or a remote control that functions completely differently. We are happy to answer residents' questions and explain everything carefully. However, not every resident speaks up immediately. Nevertheless, those who tend to be less vocal also need to be taken care of. Informing residents at an early stage is therefore important in this renovation project.
For Stadgenoot, among others, Welna handles the information and explanation regarding the temporary accommodation. For each project, we create practical information booklets that the temporary resident finds in the new accommodation. Our website is also utilized. QR codes in the booklet link, among other things, to the housing assistance page, where all the appliances in the accommodation are explained to the resident. We do this using demonstration videos, virtual tours, or checklists produced in-house by Welna. This is practical, ensuring residents quickly receive a clear explanation in response to their questions.
